Product Description
Cocoa Beans (Theobroma cacao L.) are the dried and fermented seeds of the cacao tree used to produce chocolate, cocoa powder, and cocoa butter.
Indonesian cocoa beans are recognized for their rich aroma, balanced bitterness, and unique nutty notes, making them a preferred choice among chocolate manufacturers worldwide.
Our beans are carefully fermented for 5–7 days and sun-dried to achieve optimum moisture and flavor characteristics suitable for fine chocolate processing.
